The Website is owned and operated by Flamingo Swim School Ltd, founded by Kelly Tamburi, and delivers a directory service under the brand name Swim At Home.

Swim At Home is an online directory, advertising, and lead-generation platform designed to connect independent, qualified swimming coaches with elite, private, and VIP clientele.

Swim At Home operates in:

• United Kingdom: London
• United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), Umm Al Quwain (UAQ)

Swim At Home:

• Does not employ swimming coaches
• Does not provide swimming lessons
• Does not manage bookings, payments, or scheduling
• Does not act as an agent, broker, or representative

All services, agreements, payments, and liabilities are strictly between the client and the swimming coach.

2.   Intellectual Property

All original content on the Swim At Home Website, including:

• Website design and structure
• Branding, logos, graphics, and layout
• Text and written content

is the exclusive property of Flamingo Swim School Ltd and is protected under UK, UAE, and international intellectual property laws.

Coach Profile Content

Content submitted by swimming coaches (images, videos, logos, qualifications, descriptions) remains the property of the coach. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.

3.   Content Accuracy & Disclaimer

All information published on Swim At Home is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.

Coach profile information is supplied by the coach and is for informational purposes only. Clients must verify:

• Qualifications and experience
• Availability, pricing, and services
• That information is current before booking

Swim At Home is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate content.

4.   Non-Affiliation & No Endorsement

Swim At Home is not affiliated with, does not employ, and does not endorse any swimming coach listed.

Inclusion on the platform does not constitute recommendation or guarantee.

5.   Coach Subscriptions, Advertising & Termination

All coaches must hold an active annual subscription to be listed.

• Subscription fees are for advertising and lead-generation services only

• Fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

Coaches may cancel according to the subscription terms. Profiles and content will be removed within 30 days.

Swim At Home may suspend, reject, or remove listings at its discretion.

6.   Verified Coach Badges

A Verified Coach Badge indicates successful completion of Swim At Home’s internal verification process.

• Verification involves reviewing qualifications, experience, references, identity, and swimming ability
• Verified status does not guarantee employment, endorsement, or results
• Swim At Home may revoke badges at any time

7.   Employment Status, Qualifications & Certifications

Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Swim At Home or Flamingo Swim School Ltd.

Clients must verify:

• Qualifications and certifications
• Insurance coverage
• Legal eligibility to work

8.   Contracts, Insurance & Bookings

Swim At Home does not hire, book, or supervise swimming lessons.

• All agreements, payments, and disputes are directly between client and coach
• Swim At Home is not liable for injury, loss, or dissatisfaction

9.   User Accounts

Clients may create accounts to shortlist or contact coaches.

• Accounts may be cancelled at any time
• Data deleted within 7 days upon cancellation

10.   Links to Third-Party Websites

Swim At Home is not responsible for third-party content, practices, or policies.

11.  Complaints

Attempt to resolve complaints with the coach first. If unresolved, contact Swim At Home via the website contact form, providing:

• Full name
• Email used
• Date of initial contact
• Complaint details

2.    COACH ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

1.   Subscription Model (Pricing & Payment Terms)

Annual Subscription – Required for Listing

All coaches must hold an annual subscription for listing, advertising, and lead-generation to be listed on Swim At Home.

• Base Subscription Fee: £150/month, paid annually = £1,800/year
  • UAE Conversion: AED 8,200/year (subject to exchange rate)
• Installments: Klarna (UK) or Tamara (UAE) available: 2–4 payments

Terms:

• 12-month lock-in: Coaches agree to pay for the full year once subscription is activated
• Cancellation does not trigger refunds for unused months
• Coaches can cancel renewal after 12 months

3.   12-Month Commitment

• Minimum 12-month term
• Cannot be cancelled early
• Fees remain payable regardless of usage or leads

4.   No Guarantee of Leads

Subscription provides advertising and lead-generation only. No guarantees.

5.   Renewal

Automatic annual renewal unless cancelled.

6.   Suspension or Termination

Swim At Home may suspend or terminate listings for false info or policy breaches. No refunds.

7.   Independent Contractor Status

Coaches are independent professionals.

3.    VERIFIED COACH BADGE POLICY (£50 FEE)

1.   Purpose

Highlight professional coaches for client trust.

2.   Requirements

Submit all required documents:

• Qualifications, certifications, references, proof of swimming ability, ID verification, and any other requested docs

3.   Verification Fee

●       £50 non-refundable fee per application

• Covers review and verification process
• Does not guarantee approval

4.   Verification Outcome

• Successful: Badge granted
• Unsuccessful: No badge, no refund
• Decision final

5.   Re-Application

• Wait 30 days to reapply
• New £50 fee required
• Full documentation must be resubmitted

6.   Badge Use

• Non-transferable
• Only for Swim At Home profile
• Clients remain responsible for due diligence

7.   Revocation

Badge may be revoked at any time if standards not met or info becomes inaccurate or outdated. No refunds.

8.   Policy Changes

Swim At Home may update verification rules, fees, or process at any time.
