Who We’re Looking For

• Qualified swim teachers — holding recognised teaching qualifications such as Swim England, STA, ASA, or an internationally recognised equivalent
• Current lifeguard and first-aid/CPR certification appropriate for teaching environments
• Experience teaching across a range of ages and abilities — from toddlers aged 3 to adult beginners, advanced swimmers, and open water/triathlon athletes
• A professional, discreet manner suited to working within private households, including alongside nannies, household managers, private secretaries and security staff
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced background check appropriate for working with children
• Coaches available to travel for holiday and yacht-based teaching are especially welcome — particularly those able to work flexibly across Europe, the UAE, and beyond

We particularly welcome applications from female coaches, as many of our clients specifically request women-only instruction for mothers, daughters or entire households.

What Makes Our Clients Different

Our clients include HNWI and UHNWI families, private offices, personal assistants and private secretaries managing household schedules, and in some cases royal household staff coordinating lessons for younger family members. These households expect punctuality, discretion, and a calm, professional approach — but in return, they offer something rare: consistent, well-paid private work, often on a long-term, recurring basis.

Because lessons take place in private pools, villas, and occasionally aboard yachts, coaches benefit from a quieter, more controlled teaching environment than a public pool — while working with clients who are committed to their children’s (or their own) progress.

• Dubai — Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay Island, Al Barari
• Abu Dhabi — Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Mushrif
• Marbella — La Zagaleta, Sierra Blanca, Puerto Banus and the Golden Mile
• Monaco — Monte Carlo, Monaco-Ville and Fontvieille
• Geneva — Cologny, Vandoeuvres, Genthod and Collonge-Bellerive

We’re also recruiting travelling coaches available to teach at clients’ holiday homes and aboard yachts during school holidays — flexibility and a valid passport are essential for these roles.

How the Verification Process Works

To maintain the trust of our clients — many of whom are inviting a coach into their family home for the first time — every applicant goes through a verification process before being listed on the platform. This includes confirming teaching qualifications and certifications directly with issuing bodies where possible, checking lifeguard and first-aid certification is current, collecting references from previous clients or employers, and completing an enhanced background check appropriate for working with children.

Once verified, coaches are added to our directory and matched with households based on location, availability, language skills, and any specific client preferences such as women-only instruction or experience with open water and triathlon coaching.
