Based on this, Kelly will recommend a coach and proposed schedule, typically one to three sessions per week depending on the swimmer’s goals and the household’s routine.
On the first visit, the coach will review the pool area for safety — checking depth, temperature, shade and entry points — before beginning the assessment lesson. From there, a structured programme is built around the swimmer’s progress, with regular updates provided to parents, guardians or the household’s private secretary.
